HabboCivil was an RPG on Habbo, a popular platform from 2005-2015. Co-founded at age 13-14 with a childhood friend to develop an engaging RPG and introduce roleplay to an uninitiated community. Management of a 20+ person team including planning, coordination and leadership (conflict resolution, career development, recruitment). Partnership management, article/rule updates, web development with a web developer (hosting, security, player tracking features) and financial management of the project.
